12/26/2008 - Finished deburring, sanding and cleaning the center section ribs.
The Scotchbrite wheel really makes short work of the preparing of the edges on the ribs. One quick pass and your done. Then all I have to do is hand sand the inner flange edges.

12/31/2008 - Starting riveting in the center section floor ribs
Here I'm countersinking the spar to allow the rivet to sit flush on the edge of the spar. I squirted some primer on it and then used my hand squeezer to set the rivets.

I located the bolts, nuts and washers and then drilled the holes into the floor rib flanges using the bulkhead predrilled holes as a pattern.
