 Made the four F-916C spacers
These are made from an AB4-125 x 1 1/2" X 8" aluminum bar which I found in sub-kit #18.

 Getting ready for the cutouts in the 2 F-916-L and 2 F-916-R ribs
I measured out 3/4 of an inch from the center hole out and made marks for the cutout and then connected the dots to the existing cutout.

 Made the cutouts
I grabbed my tin-snips and decided to experiment, after all it is an "experimental" aircraft. I cut out the two straight sides, making sure the cut-off part curled up and away as I went along. I then cut as much as possible on the rounded part without dissorting the shape of the aluminum, and then finished it off with a round file. Then it was just a matter of sanding it smooth.

 Tomorrow I will install the F-716B seat rib access plates
Here I just clecoed them on for a look-see.
