These are riveted to the skin.
Riveted the J Stiffeners to the bottom skins
This pneumatic squeezer is so much easier (and accurate) than a hand squeezer.
The bottom skins are ready for ribs
Now to flip the over.
Placing the ribs to the bottom skin
This is so easy. The ribs have a cut out slot that allows them to be hung onto the J Stiffeners on the skin.
Clecoed the ribs to the bottom skins
This was also very easy to do.
All the ribs are in place
Hung the next skin into place
The skins J Stiffener fits into the rib slots making it easy to place.
Clecoed the F-1281 right and left curved skins into place
Time to pop-rivet the bottom skins
Looking good!
