Countersunk the main spar for the K1000-4 plate-nuts The K1000-4 center section attach plate-nuts go on the forward side of the spar. There is vertical bar (F-904G) that has to rest flat against the aft side of the main spar, so the rivets have to flat.
A shot of the platenuts riveted on I primed the countersinks and used my 4 inch yoke on my hand squeezer to put in the rivets.
Started work on the W-933 Tie-down Bar I already prepared the Tie-down bar when I was working on the left wing, so all I have to do is drill the holes and bolt it in place. I lined up the bar with the pre-drilled holes on the spar and drill out one pilot hole and clecoed the bar in place.
Drilled the rest of the holes Using the existing spar holes as a guide I drilled out the rest of the holes with a #12 drill bit, putting a bolt in each hole as I drilled.
Attached the nutplates for the bell crank brackets I countersunk the back side of the tie-down bar and riveted on the nutplates that the bell crank brackets bolt into.
Bolted on the tied down bar I used my torque wrench, set somewhere between 20-25 inch pounds, to tighten the bolts into the nyloc nuts below.
Temporarily bolted the bell crank brackets in place I didn't tighten these brackets on purpose, because they will have to come off later so I can get the long bolt in that holds the bell crank in place.
