Countersunk the main spar for the K1000-4 plate-nutsCountersunk the main spar for the K1000-4 plate-nuts
The K1000-4 center section attach plate-nuts go on the forward side of the spar. There is vertical bar (F-904G) that has to rest flat against the aft side of the main spar, so the rivets have to flat.

I primed the countersinks and used my 4 inch yoke on my hand squeezer to put in the rivets.

I already prepared the Tie-down bar when I was working on the left wing, so all I have to do is drill the holes and bolt it in place. I lined up the bar with the pre-drilled holes on the spar and drill out one pilot hole and clecoed the bar in place.
Drilled the rest of the holesDrilled the rest of the holes
Using the existing spar holes as a guide I drilled out the rest of the holes with a #12 drill bit, putting a bolt in each hole as I drilled.

I countersunk the back side of the tie-down bar and riveted on the nutplates that the bell crank brackets bolt into.

I used my torque wrench, set somewhere between 20-25 inch pounds, to tighten the bolts into the nyloc nuts below.

I didn't tighten these brackets on purpose, because they will have to come off later so I can get the long bolt in that holds the bell crank in place.
