Prepared the skins Here's what I call blue film therapy. I have a soldering with a rounded tip and a 2 foot ruler that I use to mark the skins with heat, allowing me to neatly pull away the film where the rivet holes are.
All the skins are ready! I am waiting to "break" some of the edge until a later step. The break allows the sheets lay over each other without curling up.
