Drilled and clecoed rear F-746 engine control bracket There are 2 F-746 engine control brackets. One to put below the F-7103 instrumental and the other to hold the control cables under the center F-7105A center sub panel. The instructions for building the forward deck are incredibly vague. I guess we are expected to know how to do all this stuff by now.

Puttin' it all together The instructions say "Twist the F-7105A subpanel and fit the F-7108 rib through the center of it... the guy who designed it swears it is possible." I should be "mangle" instead of "twist". That dude was hard to put in. After I got it fitted and wiped the sweat off my forehead, I had to bend some places back straight again. It worked though, no damage to the parts. I also clecoed the F-7107-L&R Ribs to the firewall and F-7105, and added the F-7105B Outboard Subpanels and the instrument panel,

Clecoed and drilled the F-7106 Forward Top Skin My good buddy Norwood dropped by and put him to work, helping me cleco and drill the F-7106 skin to the forward deck understructure. Beer for both of us to follow soon.

Time to fit the F-721A Forward Canopy Decks The F-721A Forward Canopy Decks which has to be trimmed to fit between the F-7105B outer sub panels and the F-721B canopy decks, which are already riveted to the longerons from an earlier session. I clecoed the F-721A Forward Canopy Decks to the F-7105B outer sub panels and then layed them on top of the F-721B canopy decks and used a fine sharpie to outline the front deck on to the F-721A decks. Then I used that line to figured out the trimming of the F-721A Forward Canopy Decks.

Bent the flange on the F-721B inboard deck Here's the bend in the flange on the leading edge of the F-721B inboard deck. This allow the flange to rest against the inside of the F-721A forward deck.

Nice fit
