Finished final drilling all of the Tailcone holes This took quite a while to giter' done. I used a regular car crawler to drill the bottom of the tailcone. I marked as I drilled to make sure I got all the holes done.

Aft end fun Drilling the side skin to the tailcone skin was pretty tough, especially since I had final drill through the side skin, then the tailcone skin and finally into the J stringer inside. I started on one end worked my way down, drilling one hole at a time and putting a cleco in every hole.

Time for deburring and dimpling! Now I feel like I'm moving ahead again. Boy, it's hot in this this damn garage, even with my portable Home Depot air conditioner running.

The desire for aircraft manufacturing is strong in my family My son took some of his spare Leggo parts and built this completely symetrical aircraft. I predict a Van's order form in his future!
