Installed the tank sender and cover plate before the back baffle The instructions say to do this last, after the baffle is on. That didn't make much sense to me. I wanted to see what the installation looked like on both sides. It would also be tough to see what you're doing when trying to fish these parts in with the baffle on.

Here's the other side Yeah, I know, that's a lot of proseal. But there ain't nobody gonna' see it but me. I tried to be neat on the first tank, but now I just want to get this second tank done. Sure as hell ain't going to leak.

Got the back baffle ready for proseal and riveting I ran the edges over the scotchbrite wheel and roughed up the skin where it would get proseal.

Finished! The back baffle and Z brackets are on This part took me about three and a half hours to do. I need a nap now. Today I had to go to work at 4 AM for a software release, which meant I could leave to go home at noon. After finishing the baffle and doing all the cleanup, I starting turning into a zombie around 5 pm. I'm glad to put the old popsicle sticks and unused portion of proseal away. Time to go to the dime store for some balloons!
