 Torqued on the vent tube fitting and applied proseal
According to the torque setting instructions in the "5P ALUMINUM TUBING" section of the instruction manual, the torque setting for 1/4 inch tubing is 40-65 inch-pounds, and for 3/8 inch tubing it’s 75-125 inch-pounds. I set the final torque setting after checking a Torque Wrench Extension Calculator for recalculating torque setting when using an extension (in my case a crows foot extension).

 Time to attach the AN833-6D Bulkhead Elbow
I pulled out my AD that was put out by Vans showing the method of tie-wiring the pick-up tube AN fitting. Apparently someone had one of these puppies come loose.

 Riveted on the anti-rotation and torqued on the elbow fitting
Here's my version of the tie-wire thing. Luckily Vans pre-drilled the attachment holes in the fitting. I really appreciated that! That dude's not coming off!
