Drilled and clecoed in the T-915 anti-rotation bracketDrilled and clecoed in the T-915 anti-rotation bracket
I used my unibit to drill the big hole in the T-915 anti-rotation bracket on the drilling press. I had to go slow because the bracket really got hot during the drilling. Then I temporarily put the fuel pickup assembly together to line up the bracket for drilling and clecoing.
Drilled the hole for the vent lineDrilled the hole for the vent line
I didn't find any measurements or drawing template on the plans for the placement of this hole. So I had to guess at where it went looking at the one drawing that showed the fitting from the side. Pretty spooky. I used my unibit to drill this hole.
Installed the nutplates on the access plate for the fuel senderInstalled the nutplates on the access plate for the fuel sender
Pretty standard stuff here. I countersinked the holes for the rivets on one side and riveted the nutplates on with my 4 inch hole yoke and hand squeezer.

I'm glad I saved the instructions on the flaring tool. I unrolled the tubing, cut it to length, put on the fittings and flared the end.

Everything is ready for prosealEverything is ready for proseal
I will now rough up the washer and the surface of the rib, then rivet the anti-rotation bracket and proseal everything.
