Aft Deck is primed and ready to rivetAft Deck is primed and ready to rivet
I primed the aft deck and the two filler strips and clecoed everything in place.

I did just about all these rivets with my pneumatic rivet squeezer, occasionally switching yokes depending on the reach to the rivet.
Some rivets needed some special attentionSome rivets needed some special attention
These vertical bars interferred with the pneumatic squeezer and the regular 1/8" rivet set, so I had to switch to my LONG rivet set to get the rivets in around these bars. I cranked the pressure up to 60 lbs and went after it.
Time to trim the F-757 gussets Time to trim the F-757 gussets
Since I'm going to have a slider canopy rather than the tip-up version, these gussets need trimming. I don't know why yet, but that's what the instructions say to do. There are measurements for the cut, but not for the radius to be cut, just a picture. So went into the kitchen and grab and armload of drinking glasses and tried each one until I found one that made a radius that looked like the drawing.
Not badNot bad
They look just like the drawing.

Tomorrow I will final drill everything and start working on the dimples.
