Homer strikes again! I made these F-719B Angle Clips and drilled the holes as shown in the drawing. WRONG! I shouldn't have drilled the single hole in the short flange. I realized later when fitting the F-719 Forward Skin Stiffeners that I wouldn't be able to drill the hole in the adjacent firewall stiffener using the F-719B Angle Clip pre-drilled hole as a guide because the #$%^ skin is in the way. So I made these clips over again, leaving out the top single drill hole and drilled the hole needed from the side of the firewall stiffener into the F-719B Angle Clip. My pneumatic angle drill worked great on this. On my next RV I will get it right!

Fitted the F-719 Forward Skin Stiffeners No biggie here. I used the holes in the in the F-719 Angle Clips as a guide to drill the holes in the F-719 stiffeners and clecoed them in place. Then, using the lines I drew on the back of the stiffeners, I drilled all of the holes into the stiffeners, using the pre-drilled holes in the skin.

Here's a closeup You can see here where I drilled the hole from the outside into the firewall stiffener and then into the F-719B angle clip using my pneumatic drill. I'm glad now I bought one.
