Drilled the holes into the Longerons aft of F-904 bulkhead I went to Lowes and bought some new hand squeezer clamps and clamped the side skins to the longerons, making sure the edge of the skin was flush with the flat side of the longeron. Then I drilled every fifth hole down the line and then went back and drilled all the other holes.

Marking the cutoff point for the forward end of the Longerons The end of the longeron has to be 3/4 of an inch back from the most forward edge of the side skins. These smaller clamps do a much better job of making the skins curve and conform to the twist in the end of the longeron.

Guessing time again Since the end of the longeron it going up at an angle and I have to cut it off 3/4 of an inch back from the edge of the skin, do I cut it at the same angle as the vertical edge of the skin? Well, I decided to go ahead and cut the longeron the same angle as the forward edge of the skin. I hope it doesn't bite me on the butt later.

Cut made! I started off with my pneumatic cuttoff wheel, but got tired of waiting for that damn compressor to reload after only a few blasts of air. I switched to my Dremel tool with a cutoff wheel and went to town. Much faster and easier!
