 Clecoed on the HS-912 Outboard Hinge Brackets and match drilled the holes

 Started sanding the edges of the HS-904 and HS-905 ribs
It took me a total of 4 hours to sand every edge of these ribs, including the lightening holes. I saw on another builders website where he used these sponge type sandpapers (Lowes or Home Depot), which worked really nice. It gave me something firm to hold on to and did a nice job of rounding off the edges. I found that the 150 grit sponges worked the best at breaking the rough edges. Then I finished off each edge with regular 320 grit sandpaper.

 All done!
Now I will flute the edges to straighten out the ribs so the lay flat on the workbench.
