The other essential tools
I used baby powder inside the tire to help innertube scoot around when aired up. I put the dishwashing liquid on the inner ring of the tire and the outer ring on the rim halves, not so much for the installation, but in case the innertube got messed up and I had to take everything apart. I learned the hard way about how hard it is take a tire off a rim when there isn't any soap to make things slide off easier.
