It's Oil Can Harry!
I read on some of the email groups that this sometimes happens. The middle section of the bottom skin oil cans. Some have said that it came out when everything got riveted, some said it didn't. I've heard that you can hear this dude poping in and out while flying. That ain't cool. I still have some J-stringers left over from the wing kit. So I may put them in the middle of the bottom skin.
