Time to final drill the holes on the flange
NOTE: The instructions say: "The hole through one side of the U-403 is still undersize, so, before final installation, pass a 5/16" drill through the assembly. Now install the Allen head screw that secures the brake flange to the axle." WRONG: There is one more thing that to do add to the flange before it can be installed on the axle. I final drilled the holes and waited before mounting the flange to the axle. Keep reading...
