Here's where I get confused In the instructions, it says to use a back rivet tool for the best quality. I beg to differ. I bought a long offset back rivet tool for riveting the left wing skins on. While the factory head on the top skin side turned out nicely, the shop head, namely me, didn't look so hot. They would pass inspection, but some of them just don't look as good as a bucked shop head. Also, I had to drill out quite a few bad ones. AND I had to crank the pressure way up in order to get the back rivet tool to set the head properly. AND I had to pound on the rivet for what seemed a really long time to be pounding on a rivet. So this time, on the right wing, I decided to go the old swivel mushroom head on the rivet gun and bucking bar from behind. I CAN'T TELL ANY DIFFERENCE!!. In fact, both sides of the rivet look perfect! A few short blurps with the rivet gun and the rivet is done. Things will go a lot faster with this method and turn out looking better than using the back rivet tool.
