Final drilled the gas cap flange I final drilled the T-406B fuel cap flange, using the cap in the cap flange as a guide for centering the flange in the tank skin opening. The cap flange has two slight bends in it to help it to conform to the curve of the tank skin. I drew lines on the flange with a sharpie to help me make sure that the bends were in the right position for drilling. I marked one hole with a fine point sharpie, using the skin as a guide. then I removed the flange and used my spring loaded punch to put a small dent in the flange so my drill wouldn't wander. After drilling this first hole, I cleocoed the flange back onto the skin and drilled the rest of the holes.

Final drilled the T-914 clip on to the flange I had already made this clip when I made the clip for the left tank.
Countersunk the gas cap flange I removed the gas cap from the flange and countersunk the holes for the dimples that will go in the tank skin. I used my dimpled piece scrap skin to check the depth of the countersinks.
Final drilled VA-112 drain flange onto the tank skin Here I did a similiar thing as the gas cap flange. I marked one hole with a fine point sharpie and then removed the drain flange and drilled the single hole in the skin. Then I clecoed the drain flange back on and drilled the rest of the holes. The instructions say to countersink the holes in the VA-112 drain flange, but they are already done by the factory.
