Prosealed and riveted in the inboard rib This wasn't so bad. I kinda' have the hang of putting on the right amount (for me) of proseal on the rib and the clecoing process. Since the ribs fit so tight, the holes have a tendency to not line up so great. I put a cleco in every hole and started riveting from the leading edge and working my way back, putting in the rivets one at a time on each side. This many clecos in at one time seems to force the alignment of the holes better as well squeezing out excess proseal. One thing that I forgot to mention is that I have been taping typing paper inside the tank on each side of the particular rib that I'm working on. This helps protect the interior from proseal that gets slopped around.

Here's the flip side of the inboard rib No, I'm not a neat freak. It's just that the tape and the typing paper make for a nice cleanup and a straight line on the proseal. Putting in the T-905 angle was a little tough using the riveting gun and bucking bar. I had to use my
Avery Long Rivet Shanks to put in the rivets around the T-905 angle. The regular rivet shank was hitting the angle. I also had to turn up the air pressure to use these long rivet shanks. It takes more "umph" to drive these puppies.

Prosealed and riveted in the outboard rib These instructions were a little vague here. I didn't see where it said to definitely rivet in the outboard rib now. It mentions installing the T-410 cover plate that goes on the bottom of the rib, but not when to put in the rib. So I opted to go ahead and put in the rib now. I prosealed and riveted the rib in and then prosealed and riveted in T-410 cover plate on the inside front of the rib.

Bent the fuel float arm to the suggested dimensions I have to admit that I frantically went back to the Orndorff wing video and watched this part again. I also happened to notice that the 2 float boxes have different part numbers on the them, One for the left tank and the other for the right. I used my vise to make the bends in the float arm. I don't think I have enough proseal left to rivet on the tank back baffle, so I ordered an another quart. Meanwhile I'll work on the inerds of this here tank.
