Bought a drill guide from Averys I was ready to drill the #19 holes in the spar attachment holes of the left tank, when I noticed that my parts bin that held my #19 drill bits had 2 different sized drill bits in it. Both of these drill bits were second hand and had the size rubbed off of them. They were still in pretty good shape, so I didn't want to trash them. I ordered some new drill bits from Avery, along with the drill guide as an additional CYA when I'm not sure about a drill bit size.

Countersunk the tank skin holes that attach to the baffle I practiced on same scrap aluminum untill I got the countersink just right, checking it with a rivet.

Drilled the spar and strip holes. I drilled the spar attachment screw holes and the W-919 screw holes to final size using a #19 drill bit.
