 Final drilled the stiffeners and other parts
After clecoing the stiffeners and other parts to the firewall, I final drilled everything with my #30 and #40 drill bits.

 Made the F-601Z Aux Fuel Pump Firewall Doubler
I really took my time marking the spots for drilling the holes in this doubler. The larger holes are 1/4 inch for the nut plates.

 Made 2 F-601P Spacers
I had to do some trying on the edge of these spacers so they would lay flat against the angle stiffeners.

 Done!
|
 Some fine-tuning trimming on the F-601N Stiffeners
I rounded the ends of these pieces so they would lay flat on the F-601L top stiffener.
