I started on one end and worked my way down.

Ditto with the clecos here. You'll notice that I switched to the other side of the work table, where the holes in the table were drilled for the left flap. The clecos holding the right flat top skin on go in the holes in the table nicely, allowing me to work on the bottom of the right flap.
POP! - goes the rivetPOP! - goes the rivet
It seems a little bit weird to use pop-rivets on an airplane, but I don't see how you could get rivets in these holes the convention way.
