Sanding them holes
This sponge sandpaper really makes doing the holes easy (somewhat). Since the sponge naturally contours itself around whatever your sanding, it makes the edges nice and round. When I get to the smallest hole in the rib, I just insert the yellow 320 grit sponge into the hole and start twirling it around in a circle.
